Mallory Sattler is the Domestic Violence/Rape Crisis Program Coordinator for the ND Department of Health and Human Services. For the past thirteen years, she has managed a variety of state and federal grants that support domestic and sexual violence prevention and intervention across North Dakota. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Dickinson State University. Mallory appreciates the uniqueness of each ND community and the crucial intervention services each domestic violence/rape crisis agency provides, but her true passion is preventing violence before folks need to seek crisis intervention services. Mallory enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 children camping, eating sushi and hosting holidays. |

Katie Johnke has served as the Nutrition and Health Promotion Coordinator for Bismarck-Burleigh Public Health and the City of Bismarck since 2013. A Licensed Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Lactation Counselor, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from the University of North Dakota. With a strong foundation in public health, Katie plays a key role in promoting healthy food systems, nutrition education, active transportation, and community well-being throughout the Bismarck area. Her work also focuses on improving maternal and child health and supporting breastfeeding initiatives. Katie has extensive experience managing public health programs funded by private, federal, and state grants, aimed at chronic disease prevention, enhancing community livability, and advancing overall health outcomes. Her commitment to improving public health and promoting healthy lifestyles underscores her passion for supporting both individuals and communities. In her free time she enjoys the outdoors, running, coaching and watching her kids’ sports. |

She has worked extensively with health departments and the Rutgers Global Tuberculosis Institute (GTBI), where she played a key role in training and supporting TB nurses. Throughout her career, Patricia has been committed to improving patient outcomes through education, policy development, and innovative case management strategies. |

Kolby Schaeffer DNP, RN-BC, is an Assistant Professor of Practice within the School of Nursing at North Dakota State University (NDSU). She earned a Bachelor of Science in nursing and a Master of Science with an emphasis in nursing education from NDSU. Kolby achieved a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree with an emphasis in educational leadership from American Sentinel University. Since 2020, Schaeffer has been a co-investigator on a well-established tobacco prevention and control research team with grant funding from the North Dakota Department of Health and Human Services. Her research focus includes the assessment of e-liquid ingredients, flavoring analysis, product label evaluation, and tobacco and nicotine dependence treatment. |

Daphne Johnson-Clark is the Protection Team Leader for the Upper Missouri District Health Unit. She has worked there since 2003 fulfilling several roles over the years including both General Environmental Health and Emergency Environmental Health. In her off-time Daphne enjoys painting and sculpting, completing a master’s degree in fine art Painting from the Academy of Art University in 2019. She became certified to teach Thinking Art from the National Gallery of Art in 2023. Daphne is continuing her education by pursuing a master’s certificate in Arts in Public Health from the University of Florida. |

He earned a degree in Communications from San Diego State University, bringing his expertise in stakeholder engagement and project management to the state’s climate initiatives. Born and raised in Devils Lake, ND, Hunter is passionate about collaboration and practical, results-driven solutions. His work focuses on ensuring North Dakota’s climate strategies promote economic growth, public health, and environmental sustainability while aligning with the priorities of its communities. |
