Sponsor Details

As a conference sponsor, you will receive valuable exposure recognizing your outstanding contribution. Upon receiving your sponsorship information, BSC will email a receipt and additional information to the contact person listed below. Please note that sponsorship does not qualify as a tax deduction. Payment must be received before a company will be recognized on conference materials.

Please Note:

All exhibitor and sponsor registration is online only.
Booth registration will be open November 17, 2025 through April 24, 2026.
Each booth comes with a 6 or 8’ table and two chairs. You will be asked to confirm table size during registration.
Participants will be encouraged to visit exhibitor booths through an interactive challenge.
Booth displays must be hand-carried and cannot be shipped in advance.
Exhibitors can bring a door prize; when registering, please indicate if you will be bringing one with you.
Booth representative names will be collected via email in April. Please add bsc.training to your contact list.
Printed materials must be provided to planning team, ready to put in packets by April 24. Printing/ordering material is the responsibility of the sponsor.

Cancellation Policy:

75% Refund allowed if requested 90 days (on or before February 4, 2026) before the conference.
25% Refund allowed if requested on or before April 13, or 22 days before the conference.
No Refunds allowed if requested less than 21 days before the conference.
