Additional Services/Equipment

Exhibit booths include an 8' table and two chairs. If you need anything additional or prefer to have a different table size, please confirm with Alison Zarr at Bismarck State College; alison.zarr@bismarckstate.edu.

Display Material Shipment

Bismarck State College will not accept conference shipments prior to Tuesday, May 5 (move-in day). Only hand carried items brought in by the exhibitor will be accepted. Please do not ship material to BSC prior to the conference.

 

Setup

Begins May 5, 2026, starting at 8:30 am and must be completed by 11:30 am to accommodate participant arrival.

• BSC does not furnish extension cords – they are available for purchase at the prevailing rate.

• Exhibitor packets including name badges and conference material will be waiting for you at your booth(s).

• Door prize drawings will be allowed in exhibitor booths. Each exhibitor will be responsible for awarding their own prizes.

Teardown

Teardown begins at 4 pm (after final break, Tuesday, May 7), and must be completed by 6 pm. 

 

  • Registration is online only.
  • Booth registration will be open November 21 through April 18, 2026.
  • Booth spaces (if available) April 19 and after will have an additional charge of $250 per booth.
  • Please be sure to include your preferred booth number (or aisle) when registering.
  • Each booth comes with an 8’ table and two chairs (unless otherwise specified). You MUST confirm that you want those items in your space with the Bismarck Event Center. They will email an equipment request form in late March.
  • Participants will be encouraged to visit exhibitor booths through an interactive challenge.
  • Exhibitors can bring a door prize; when registering, please indicate if you will be bringing one with you.
