We excited to announce that we are giving away four awards again in 2026:
  • Excellence in Public Health Promotion and Prevention – For outstanding projects or initiatives that significantly advance health promotion and disease prevention, improving health literacy and contributing to healthier communities.
  • Excellence in Innovation – Honoring groundbreaking projects, tools, or methodologies that exemplify creativity and forward-thinking in public health and lead to measurable improvements in health outcomes.
  • Spirit of Public Health – Acknowledging individuals or projects that embody exceptional dedication, resilience, and community engagement in addressing critical health challenges.
  • Spirit of Community Engagement – Recognizing programs or interventions that strengthen community connections, expand access, enhance participation, and create supportive environments in public health research, policy, or practice.

Awards will be given out May 7 at 11 a.m during the Public Health Conference, in the Live Event Center (room 109) at the Advanced Technology Center, on the BSC campus.
